In order to provide our customer a fast-response service to our terminal customer in Singapore, we have built our own service team and also out source to the sub contractor in local.

 

For urgent case, like fridge break down, trip, we will send technician support within 2-6 hours, for non-urgent case, like noise or minor defect, we will attend to our customer within 48 hours...
